D200 SMU (Substation Master Unit)

The D200 SMU takes substation control far beyond the sphere of the contemporary intelligent remote terminal unit. It is designed with previously unavailable power and flexibility to monitor and control all of the devices in your utility's substation, as well as perform automation, IED gateway and host communication functions.


The D200 is a flexible platform that can serve as a server/gateway or remote communication controller within a substation control system, or as a standalone control system. Impressive computing power and expandability permit the D200 to manage the demanding and data-intensive applications of large substations.

This robust product possesses the processing power to monitor and control more than 40 intelligent electronic devices and thousands of input/output points in the substation, and at the same time run sophisticated automation applications such as our integrated LogicLinx® programmable logic control, without compromising performance. All substation device data is integrated, coordinated and made available to as many host systems or users as needed.
